Project Overview
Our mission was to perform a full technical inspection and operational assessment of all kitchen and service appliances on site.
The assessment included:
- Functional testing of each appliance
- Safety checks and regulatory considerations
- Identification of repair and servicing requirements
- Recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Reporting on appliances that may not meet operational or safety standards
Over two days (14–15 February), our technicians carefully evaluated each appliance to ensure the restaurant could open with confidence.

The following commercial appliances were inspected and assessed:
- Pizza preparation fridge
- 2 × Kitchen fridges
- 2 × Kitchen freezers
- Flat-top griller
- Deep fryer
- Gas stove
- Drink display fridge

- Coffee machine
Each unit was tested for performance, temperature accuracy, safety compliance, and overall condition.
Technical Findings & Recommendations
Following the inspection, ARC Center provided the client with a detailed technical report outlining:
- Appliances requiring immediate repair or servicing
- Preventative maintenance recommendations
- Safety and compliance observations
- Performance optimisation suggestions to improve efficiency and longevity
