Air Conditioner Not Cooling

This is the most common complaint. It usually occurs when refrigerant gas is low due to a leak, air filters are clogged, or the compressor is failing. Dirty outdoor condenser coils can also stop heat from escaping, leading to poor cooling.

How we fix it:
Our team performs a gas level check, cleans or replaces air filters, washes outdoor coils, and tests the compressor. If refrigerant is low, we find and repair the leak before topping it up to ensure optimal cooling

Air Conditioner Blowing Warm Air

This issue may be caused by a refrigerant leak, a stuck reversing valve (in systems that can both heat and cool), or a thermostat that is misreading the room temperature.

How we fix it:
We test refrigerant levels, inspect the reversing valve, and recalibrate or replace faulty thermostats. Once fixed, your air conditioner should return to delivering cool air.

Water Leaking from Indoor Unit

Blocked or dirty drain lines are the usual culprits. Over time, dust, algae, or insects clog the pipe, forcing water to overflow from the drip tray. Ice forming on coils (due to low gas or airflow issues) can also cause sudden water leaks.

We flush and clear the condensate drain line, inspect the drain pan for cracks, and check for coil freeze-ups. If the unit is not properly leveled, we re-install it to ensure proper drainage

Ice on Coils or Aircon is Frozen

This occurs when airflow is restricted (dirty filters or blocked vents) or refrigerant levels are too low. In both cases, the temperature of the evaporator coil drops below freezing, causing ice to form.

We turn off the unit to allow thawing, clean filters, inspect fans for proper airflow, and top up refrigerant if required.

Strange Noises from the Air Conditioner

Banging or rattling noises may mean loose panels or parts. Buzzing often points to electrical issues, while grinding could mean worn motor bearings. Ignoring these noises can lead to major mechanical failures.
