ARC Center Disclaimer
At ARC Center, we take pride in providing professional, thorough, and accurate diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations for electrical and electronic appliances. Our assessments are conducted using our technical expertise, experience, and the information available at the time of inspection. However, by engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and limitations:
1. Professional Opinion
All inspections, diagnoses, and recommendations provided by ARC Center are based on the visible and detectable conditions observed during the time of assessment. Our findings represent a professional opinion, not an absolute determination of all potential or future faults.
Due to the complex nature of electrical and electronic appliances, certain intermittent, internal, or secondary faults may not be immediately evident without extended testing, continuous operation, or full disassembly of the appliance.
2. Limitations of Diagnosis
ARC Center employs industry-standard diagnostic tools, procedures, and best practices. Nonetheless, certain limitations naturally exist:
-
Hidden or intermittent faults may remain undetectable until further failure occurs.
-
External factors such as wear and tear, latent defects, component fatigue, moisture, corrosion, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or manufacturer defects may cause future malfunction unrelated to our diagnosis.
-
Diagnoses are based on the appliance’s condition at the time of inspection and may change with continued usage.
3. No Guarantee of Completeness
Any assessment, diagnosis, or damage report issued by ARC Center is not a guarantee that all existing or potential faults have been identified.
Additional or related issues may arise following the implementation of a repair, or as a result of:
-
Subsequent component failure;
-
Environmental exposure or incorrect handling;
-
Customer use or installation of incompatible parts; or
-
Electrical supply variations and surges.
ARC Center accepts no liability for faults or failures that develop after service or beyond the specific scope of work undertaken.
4. Exclusion of Liability
ARC Center, its directors, employees, and authorized agents shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in diagnostic findings or service reports, including but not limited to faults not detected or later discovered.
We shall not be responsible for:
-
Financial loss, data loss, or inconvenience arising from appliance malfunction or downtime;
-
Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages;
-
Further damage occurring after completion of service or as a result of customer operation, transport, or third-party interference.
Liability, where proven, shall be limited strictly to labour costs in accordance with our Refund Policy and Service Warranty terms.
5. Customer Responsibility
It remains the sole responsibility of the customer to make informed decisions regarding repair, replacement, or continued use of the appliance based on the information provided.
Customers are encouraged to:
-
Request additional testing or written quotations where necessary;
-
Seek a second opinion if uncertain about the findings or recommendations;
-
Notify ARC Center immediately of any post-service malfunction during the applicable warranty period.
Failure to act on advice or to report issues promptly may result in voidance of the service warranty.
6. Unauthorized Repairs and Warranty Impact
If an appliance serviced under an ARC Center warranty is opened, dismantled, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized ARC Center technician, the service warranty shall be rendered null and void. ARC Center will not be liable for any resulting malfunction, damage, or costs incurred due to such unauthorized intervention.
7. Changes and Developments Over Time
Electrical appliances are subject to wear, environmental factors, and ongoing deterioration. New or unrelated faults may emerge after the date of inspection. ARC Center cannot be held responsible for any issues that develop after the initial service or inspection that were not present or detectable at the time.
8. Sale of Appliances
For appliances purchased from ARC Center:
-
New appliances are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their respective terms.
-
Pre-owned appliances are sold as tested and functional. Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, whichever occurs first, and the appliance must be returned in the same condition as received.
No refund or exchange shall be accepted for damage resulting from handling, transport, or use by the customer after delivery.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging ARC Center for appliance diagnosis, repair, or purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer, our Refund and Return Policy, and Service Warranty Terms.
For clarification, or to request written authorization before any additional work or third-party service, please contact ARC Center directly.
